Gretel Palfrey

Gretel trained fulltime in Sydney with Academy Ballet and Vicki Attard before being offered a position at the prestigious English National Ballet School at which point Gretel moved to the UK to complete her training. During and after her time at the English National Ballet School Gretel performed with the English National Ballet company. After living and dancing professionally in in the UK for several years with different companies and working with a host of choreographers Gretel sought to broaden her horizons beyond the dance world and moved home to Sydney to take up a position at UNSW where she has just completed her final semester studying Media.

A girl of many talents, great ambition and above all a passion for everything she does particularly in dance. Gretel has started her own dance coaching business Gretel Grace Coaching and provides private coaching in ballet, contemporary, pointe work, character, strength & conditioning and choreography.

With invaluable experience in the international dance world and the expert training she has herself benefitted from Gretel's coaching is unparalleled and she is in great demand. We are thrilled that Gretel takes the time to join us at our workshops and share herself with our regional dancers.
