Victor Zarallo
Victor was born in Barcelona and trained at the Instituto del Teatro.
Victor continued his dance training at the prestigious John Cranko School - Stuttgart and the Royal Ballet School where he graduated in July 2008.
However, before Victor pursued a classical dance path he began his dance journey with an interest in dance at nine years of age doing ballroom and Spanish dancing!
Victor excelled at both and was named Junior Spanish Champion as well as achieving Dance Standard/Latin champion.
After graduating from the Royal Ballet School, Victor joined the Scottish national Ballet and was promoted to soloist in 2014 where he performed many works with the company across their classical and contemporary repertoire.
Moving to Australia, Victor joined Sydney Dance Company in 2018 as a dancer whilst continuing to expand his interest in choreography and teaching.
Victor continues to perform in freelance projects and as a guest artist in various productions whilst teaching and choreographing.
Ever in demand, Victor teaches with several full time ballet schools, Sydney Dance Company, SDC Pre-professional Year program and the open studios at SDC.
Victor is passionate about his art form and enjoys engaging with students and professionals alike, encouraging everyone to find their own unique form of artistic expression.
